Order Status & Tracking

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Tracking your order is easy! Once your shipment is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Just head over to our Track My Order page, enter your tracking number, and hit "Track." You'll instantly see where your package is and what delivery stages it has passed.

Q: What if I haven’t received my order after 10–15 business days?

A: Delivery may be delayed due to holidays or customs clearance in your country. If your order still hasn't arrived after 15 business days, or you’re having trouble tracking it, don’t hesitate to contact us at info.verasgiftshop@gmail.com. We're here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns of new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Please contact us at info.verasgiftshop@gmail.com before sending anything back.

Q: Do you offer refunds or store credit?

A:

  • Full-priced items are eligible for a refund to your original payment method.

  • Items bought with a discount of 25% or more are only eligible for store credit.

  • Exchanges are processed as store credit.

  • Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Q: Which items are NOT eligible for return?

A:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Returns made after 15 days

  • Items purchased using store credit or gift cards

  • Items returned without contacting us first

Q: How long does it take to get a refund or credit?

A: Refunds or store credits are processed within 15 days after we receive and inspect your return.

Q: Should I use tracked shipping for returns?

A: Yes! For items over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for safety.

Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, and you must cancel within 60 minutes of placing the order. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
